Help needed: dynamic flowchart software

The company is going to undergo a purging process soon, and I’m looking for software to draw up the company’s process diagrams. The requirements are as follows: there should be containers, pipelines, and valves; it would be ideal if the valves could have two states – open and closed. Additionally, the color of the pipelines should change when the valves are opened. Could anyone recommend some software for this purpose? Thank you! ! !
