Our factory is a HP783 medium-speed coal mill produced in Shanghai. The gravel coal is cleaned manually using dry discharge. The system is simple and reliable. However, there is a problem of dust flying during discharge, which affects the environment and personnel health. I would like to ask if any experts have any clever tips to reduce or eliminate dust flying. The premise is that the transformation cost is low and the construction and maintenance are easy.
I think water should be used to reduce dust
Water sprinklers can be installed around to sprinkle water and reduce dust!
