I studied dyeing in college for four years, but now I find it difficult to find a job.
Domestic dyes are mainly concentrated in Zhejiang, especially Shangyu. The only domestic listed company is in Zhejiang, which is Zhejiang Longsheng. It mainly produces disperse dyes and other acidic dyes. There are several large companies. There are also some other companies in Liaoning, Jilin, Tianjin, Shandong and Jiangsu. There are fewer and fewer small companies because of environmental issues. Personally, I feel that the development direction should be toward high-precision, low dosage, low pollution, non-toxic, etc.
Among domestic scientific research institutions that produce dyes, Shenyang Institute of Chemical Industry used to be relatively strong, as did Dalian University of Technology, whose fine chemical major was originally developed mainly with dyes. However, due to the sluggishness of the domestic dye industry, the life of domestic dye research institutions is not very easy, and many people who were originally engaged in dye research have changed careers.
There are many units producing synthetic dyes in areas such as the lower reaches of the Yangtze River! Natural dyes are an industry to be developed, and measures may need to be adapted to local conditions! :)
Sulfur dyes can be considered in Alamengzuo Banner, Inner Mongolia. The raw materials are cheap and they also support the construction of the western region.
Our company produces dyes, and now it seems to focus on reactive dyes. After all, there are only a few major varieties of disperse dyes, and there is no future for others. Research on dyes that resist ultraviolet rays is quite popular now.
Several dye intermediate factories have been built in Inner Mongolia and remote areas in the past two years, and there is no need to treat sewage.
