Request for installation and construction plan for special equipment

Our project’s local quality supervision agency requires a special equipment installation and construction plan; does anyone have one to share? I am considering changing the initial construction plan for stationary equipment to one applicable to special equipment; I’m not sure if this is a good idea. I would appreciate some advice from those with more experience!
As an example, boiler installation: I. Project overview: (I) Project introduction 1. Project name: 2. Project location: 3. Layout of the boiler room: The main structure of this boiler room is single-story. (II) Project characteristics 2. Boiler supply condition: The boiler is delivered pre-assembled, and it is large in size and heavy in weight. The definition of special equipment is quite broad; I’m not sure which specific type it refers to Because, according to the definition in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger cableways, and large-scale amusement facilities all fall under the category of special equipment!
