What are the negative consequences of using a series of expansion vessels instead of a combination of fixed and series expansion vessels? In other words, there are only continuous drainage expanders but no fixed-drainage expanders, although both continuous drainage and fixed-drainage systems are present. Can they all be connected in a row? 10t/h waste heat boiler, 3.82mpa, 430 degrees Celsius.
Separate fixed-discharge + expansion vessels and combined discharge + expansion vessels are used to make better use of steam and reduce heat loss; by combining fixed-discharge and combined discharge in one expansion vessel, however, significant heat loss occurs, and the amount of condensate needed also increases, placing greater strain on the circulation condensate pumps and increasing the likelihood of problems.

We enter the series of expansion vessels one after another; the high-temperature steam is to be recycled to the deaerator. A fixed displacement of around 5 tons can cause pressure fluctuations in the deaerator; therefore, we use a separate expansion tank.
The steam we use for expansion is also recycled; moreover, we are concerned about pressure fluctuations in the deaerator due to intermittent operation
