How to prevent the electronic scale module from rusting! ! !

For chemical companies, electronic scales are the most common type of equipment, so various problems are bound to arise during their maintenance. Our company is in the fluorine chemicals industry, so corrosion is a serious issue. For example, there is a gap in the electronic scale module; because of this, we are facing a problem: after it rains, if that gap isn’t cleaned for some time, rust will form and cause the mechanism to get stuck, resulting in abnormal weight readings. I wonder if any of you guys have any ways to solve this! ! ! ! !
My current approach is to schedule personnel to use steel bars for cleaning on a regular basis; it’s a rather cumbersome method
We use an electronic scale to measure the chlorine gas cylinders in order to control the amount of chlorine added. Anti-corrosion treatment is applied to the important components using room-temperature curing silicone rubber; I’m not sure if this will be helpful to you.
