The current main products are: new types of efficient, power-free cooling tower water dynamic fans, as well as shaft-driven cross-flow cooling tower water dynamic fans. Economic benefits and advantages after energy-saving renovation of cooling towers 1. Economic benefits Benefit 1: By replacing the fan motor with a water-driven fan while maintaining the designed parameters, the energy consumption associated with the motor is completely eliminated, resulting in a 100% reduction in power consumption (see Attachment 3 for information on the energy consumption of fans in traditional cooling towers) ; Benefit 2: The water loss in water-driven fan cooling towers is only one-tenth that of traditional cooling towers, which allows for reduced water replenishment needs and lower water costs; at the same time, it reduces the impact of spilled water on the surrounding environment ; Benefit 3: By removing the fan motor and gearbox from the water-driven fan cooling tower, it is possible to **reduce the vibration and noise of the cooling tower, thereby minimizing environmental pollution ; Benefit 4: Since the hydrodynamic fan cooling tower eliminates the fan motor and gearbox, it reduces the associated maintenance costs. The turbine is a product with extremely high reliability; to date, not a single unit of the water-driven fans used in cooling towers, which have been on the market since five years ago, has required any repairs. 2. Advantages of the renovation: Safety: ① Traditional cooling tower motors pose risks of electric shock and spark explosions; however, the renovated cooling towers do not require electricity, which eliminates completely the safety hazards associated with motor leaks, power outages, and spark explosions, allowing them to operate safely in explosion-proof areas ; ②The hydrodynamic fan cooling tower eliminates the motor and reducer, lowering the center of gravity of the cooling tower and enhancing the safety of its operating environment. Good cooling efficiency: As the seasons change, the speed of the water-driven fan varies depending on the volume of water circulating, and the air flow rate also changes accordingly. This keeps the air-to-water ratio in the cooling tower at an optimal level, resulting in the best possible cooling effect. Environmental protection: ① Since water-driven fan cooling towers eliminate the need for fan motors and reduction gears, they can effectively reduce vibrations and noise caused by mechanical transmission and friction; they also prevent oil leakage, **thereby reducing environmental pollution. ②The water leakage rate of the hydrodynamic fan cooling tower is only 5 per 100,000, which effectively reduces the impact of water leakage on the surrounding environment. Reliable: This product features careful design, a rational structure, smooth operation, and high reliability. It can operate continuously for long periods without any vulnerable components, with a service life of up to 150,000 hours. Efficient: The turbine shaft is directly connected to the fan, without the need for any additional reducers or drive shafts in between. Few system failure points: The rotating parts are manufactured using one-time die-casting, which ensures a complete separation between these parts and the water in the turbine’s water chamber. Thanks to these technical advantages, the turbine can operate without maintenance for extended periods, allowing the cooling tower to function flawlessly as well. This not only helps users save significant amounts on electricity costs but also reduces expenses and labor requirements related to the maintenance and replacement of the cooling tower’s motors and reducers. Moreover, by using a water-driven fan to replace the motor, reducer, and transmission components, the number of potential failure points is naturally reduced. Meanwhile, in environments with extreme temperatures and humidity, motors and reducers are prone to faults such as short circuits and burns, corrosion due to high temperatures, electrical leaks, slippage, and wear; for a water-driven fan, most of these sources of failure no longer exist. Easy maintenance: In the event of a malfunction, repairing a hydro-driven fan cooling tower is very simple – only some standard components need to be replaced, which eliminates a lot of the hassle associated with repairing motors and reducers. Note: Under normal circumstances, the on-site renovation time for a cooling tower with a capacity of 1000 m3/h or less is 4 to 5 days, while the renovation time for ones with a capacity above 1000 m3/h is 7 to 10 days. Our company can upgrade each tower individually, or it is possible to upgrade multiple towers simultaneously; however, upgrading multiple towers at the same time results in higher efficiency. III.
