How can I go to a design institute?

Do some design institutes hire interns? I’m looking for a real job; please give me some advice, thanks :-D
This seems pretty difficult, I think it’s best to learn as much as possible about chemical engineering design and related standards on your own; you can then try to apply for jobs at such companies after graduating!
Are design institutes not willing to hire honest people? Do any seniors know which design firms hire interns?
I don’t seem to have heard of this before Who would nurture you only to let you go! Design institutes generally do not provide actual* ones.
Yeah, unless you have connections, generally they don’t provide real ones; or you just need to sign a contract directly!
