What is the distance between the indoor substation and Class A workshops?

In one enterprise, the distance between the indoor substation and Class A workshop is 12 meters; is this meeting the requirements?

What’s the basis? I’ve been unable to find any relevant evidence; if you know anything, please let me know.
Are you following the specifications for oil storage tanks, or the building codes, or the tank-specific regulations? These various standards specify different values for this spacing.
