Calculation method for daily consumption reports: 1. The urea production amount is provided by the packaging; it is recorded by the shift supervisor, with the unit being T. 2. Ammonia usage = (accumulated amount at the end of the shift – accumulated amount at the start of the shift) × 0.61, with the unit also being T. 3. Ammonia consumption = ammonia usage × 1000 ÷ urea production amount, with the unit being Kg/TUr. 4. Steam usage = (accumulated amount at the end of the shift – accumulated amount at the start of the shift) ÷ 1000, with the unit being T. 5. Steam consumption = steam usage ÷ urea production amount, with the unit being T/TUr. 6. Formaldehyde usage = (accumulated amount at the end of the shift – accumulated amount at the start of the shift) ÷ 1000, with the unit being T. 7. Formaldehyde consumption at 37% level = formaldehyde usage ÷ urea production amount × 1000, with the unit being Kg/TUr. 8. Remarks section: Used to record any abnormal situations such as startup/shutdown processes or issues related to the urea storage tanks. 9. Each shift’s supervisor is responsible for carrying out the calculations; the night shift is also responsible for these calculations. The results show the total urea production, ammonia usage, formaldehyde usage, and steam usage for that day, as well as the average daily consumption of ammonia, steam, and formaldehyde
