Principle and Performance: The HAD20B is an automatic drain device made of die-cast aluminum casing, equipped with a stainless steel float-based drainage system. The drain opening closes when the drainage buoyancy is less than the weight of the drainage buoy and the pressure exerted by the compressed air ; As the buoyancy increases, the drain float rises and the drain opening opens ; When the condensate water decreases, the drain valve closes again, and this cycle repeats. The HAD20B drain can be used as an “automatic outlet,” or guided into a ditch using a pipe. Maintenance: Inspect the HAD20B drainer once a week. Operation method: Turn open the manual drain valve (see diagram) to allow all the water in the drainer to flow out, until compressed air from the equipment enters the cylinder inside the ball for a few seconds, after which close the manual valve. If more than 0.5 liters of water are discharged, it indicates that the automatic drain is clogged, and it must be thoroughly cleaned. The automatic drain must be taken out each year to clean its internal components. When cleaning, soap and water or dishwashing liquid can be used; avoid using solvents to prevent damage to rubber components. Tasks: (1) Maintain the operation of the on-site mechanical equipment in the main framework, as well as carry out routine maintenance and inspection tasks.
