During operation, the outlet flow rate of the device varies, with a maximum flow rate of 400 m3/min. It is at least 100 m3/min and remains within this range, but why is the flow rate sometimes zero at its minimum? Thank you

Flowmeters have their own range: for diameters below 50, the ratio is 10 to 1; for a diameter of 80, it’s 5 to 1. What is your minimum measurement range?
