Dear forum members: Our company is currently using Hangzhou Tefu DRS type horizontal fuel-fired heat transfer oil boilers, with 0# diesel as the burning fuel. Maintenance of all components is urgently required. I earnestly hope that some kind-hearted poster can provide the \"Guidelines for the Maintenance of Heat Transfer Oil\", thank you very much!
It is recommended that you consult the manufacturer; they should have accompanying user manuals that include information on maintenance. If you are not clear, ask the manufacturer again – there should be specialized technicians available to assist you. Alternatively, find a boiler maintenance service locally; those found online may not be able to explain the actual procedures, so it is not advisable to rely on them.
Let me mention a few points: 1. It relates to the testing of oil products, which is extremely important; otherwise, if problems such as coking or pipe failure occur, it will be too late to take action and regrettable consequences will follow. 2. Cleaning of circulation oil pipes, valves, filters, etc. 3. For the electrical components, check the operational performance of the control cabinet, especially the control functions, including temperature control, level control, pressure control (referring primarily to electric contact pressure gauges), etc. 4. For those that use diesel, the burner should also be inspected accordingly, including the fuel pump, fuel injectors, filters, and so on. Let those peers who haven’t considered it yet continue to provide.
