Is there a steel grade such as 10MnDR among low-temperature steels?
It is not included in standard GB3531; if it is to be used, it must comply with the requirements of Article 23 of the capacity regulations.
It seems there is no material with this steel grade
16MnDR should be available, right? Did I misread it?
16MnDR is quite common; I’ve never seen the type you mentioned. You could ask people in the field of metallurgical materials; they should be able to give you a clear answer!
Among low-temperature steels, there is the grade 16MnDR; as for the grade 10MnDR mentioned by the original poster, I don’t seem to have come across it. If it does exist, it should be handled in accordance with Article 23 of the relevant regulations
It’s probably a typo; it should be 16MnDR. If 10MnDR is used, retesting and the like will be necessary, which is quite troublesome
Personally, I think it’s a typo or maybe you misread it. In printed documents or scanned files, some numbers can be easily confused; it’s recommended to verify it
