Production has stopped; how have you arranged things for your staff? Training? Holiday? Still

Here, our salaries have been reduced, and we have to work day shifts; we also have to study Chen Xuefeng’s speeches from Henan Coal Industry Group. During normal production, shifts are required; in abnormal situations, people work the day shift every day. :Q
The salary is only 80% of the basic wage, which is terrible. However, production has largely resumed now, and methanol prices have risen significantly; most importantly, the prices of urea and ammonia production are no longer in the red. But no one can guarantee whether economic crises will recur!
