However, a supervisor with whom I got along well once told me that when starting to look for a job, one should not focus on money first; instead, it’s important to consider whether one can learn something from the experience. It’s really unbelievable. It’s clear how difficult it is to find a job these days. The people who call are still quite polite, but HR has no choice. These substandard HR professionals are everywhere these days; there are plenty of them in foreign-funded companies as well. They have no idea what HR actually entails and all they want to do is save money for their bosses so that they can take credit for it.
