I would like to ask what the functions and roles of each SOE are? Is a SOE really necessary just for FGS? Do not copy the answer
SOE is a sequential recording method that allows for very clear documentation of interlocks and the occurrence of important events, with precision down to the millisecond level. SOE is actually a fast DI card that can perform recordings in milliseconds. It is widely used in the power industry; in the chemical industry, more reliance is placed on ESD and other functional blocks
