Why can’t I change the line width in CAD?

In CAD, the line width cannot be changed; neither through layer settings nor by modifying properties. Is this a bug in CAD? Or other reasons?
There is a button to display the line width below the CAD drawing section; I wonder if you pressed it!
First, check whether a line width has been set, then see if the “Line Width” button was pressed; give it a try
For aesthetic reasons, the drawing interface in CAD does not allow the line width to be changed like in electronic drawings, but the line width can be set during printing.
Different CAD software uses different methods. With AUTOCAD, lines generally have a uniform width when displayed; however, during printing, the line width can be determined based on layers or colors. Another method is to use polylines, or PLINE, when drawing; it allows the line width to be set and displayed.
