From a small design firm to a well-known one

After graduation, I didn’t get the chance to work at a large design firm, so I had to settle for working at a smaller one. It’s been almost three years now, and I’ve always thought that such places shouldn’t be considered a good place to work. I really want to work at a large design firm. I’m not sure if any of my colleagues in Sichuan have succeeded in doing so; if anyone can share their experiences, I’d be very grateful! It’s hard to see any future in just working at a small design firm.
I also want to know; it’s not easy to get into large design institutes

That’s how I managed to do it, but such opportunities are rare.
