Barite roasting ring

Our company burns barite to produce barium sulfate, but recently we have encountered ring formation inside the furnace, which has deteriorated the baking process and prevented normal production; we had no choice but to shut down the furnace and use pneumatic hammers to clean it manually. Do you have any ideas on how to address this issue of ring formation inside the furnace?
Use compressed air to blow it in during feeding, or use heavy objects such as channel steel to handle it manually
