It is said that the study materials for 09 will not be ready for printing until the end of February; others have already placed orders for them online.
You can start by looking at the 08 edition of the textbook; the changes in the 09 edition should be minimal: 1) The changes in the guidelines relate to the atmospheric environment section; 2) The changes in the regulations pertain to the water-related aspects; 3) The technical methods and examples related to these two sections have changed, while everything else remains unchanged!
