Could that friend share the 2007 edition of the textbook on first-class construction engineers? There are four books in total: Project Management in Engineering, Engineering Economics, Laws and Regulations Related to Engineering Projects, and Practical Aspects of Engineering Management (Petroleum and Chemical Industry).
