How far away should structures surrounding a 3m high earth wall be from the wall?

There is a mound 3m high, surrounded by a retaining wall; what minimum distance should the structures surrounding the wall be from it?

Article 5.4.2 of the \"Code for Design of Building Foundation\" GB 50007—2002 specifies methods for calculation or simple estimation; starting from below the back of the retaining wall, a line at 45° is drawn upward and backward. If the structure lies outside this line, it can be considered to have no impact on the retaining wall.
