It is the excess ammonia water from the coking industry; the excess ammonia water in our plant comes from mechanical clarification tanks. In the book on coking chemical products, it is stated that the ammonia content in the residual ammonia water is around 4 g/l, whereas the results obtained by our factory’s laboratory are between 8 and 9 g/l. I wonder if this is possible, or whether an incorrect analysis method was used, resulting in such a large discrepancy? Our factory has only tested the ammonia content; hydrogen cyanide and pyridine have not been tested yet. These data are urgently needed for production, so we kindly ask experts for their assistance.
