Can γ-ray receivers from different manufacturers be interchanged?

Question 1: Are the principles behind the receivers of different manufacturers the same? Question 2: If they can be interchanged, what steps are required to do that?
The principle is the same; it’s not possible. The secondary meters are different, and the software is also different
Since the principle is the same, it should be possible to adjust it via software. We have consulted different manufacturers, and they said that they can be interchanged. However, the accuracy cannot be guaranteed
Detectors from different manufacturers have varying sensitivities to the radiation source, so true interchange is not possible; however, I think they can be interchanged when the dose from the radiation source differs by not much.
