Plane Curve means the compressor speed corresponding to the plane curve. It can determine the compression ratio of the suction airflow on the plane curve, which is the compressor operating curve.
I don’t know much about compressors. I’ll make it clear based on what was said above. Is this the case?: At each compressor speed, on the coordinate plane of compression ratio-suction flow, a (performance) curve describing all operating condition points of the compressor can be obtained. I estimate that this curve is similar to the performance curve of the pump, and should also include the relationship curve between power, efficiency and flow.

Just why not in literal order? on the plane SUCTION FLOW COMPRESSION RATIO, inlet flow-compression ratio coordinate plane?
My opinion is a graph of compressor speed---suction volume versus compression ratio. The on the plane curve chart would be easier to understand if the poster could post the chart together.
The speed of the compressor corresponds to the coordinate plane of compression ratio-suction flow and the (performance) curve describing all operating points of the compressor. The sentence explains the relationship between the compressor speed, compression ratio, suction flow rate, and compressor performance curve.
For each compressor speed, a... curve can be determined on the compression ratio-inlet flow coordinate diagram.
There may be a problem with the word segmentation. It should be on the "plane...ratio". Plane is an adjective that modifies ratio. The whole thing forms an adverbial expression to express a condition. Second thought: Plane seems to make sense in terms of plane, which also explains why it is capitalized later. Agreed, there is a problem with the red segment plane SUCTION FLOW. . . is a more reasonable way to judge
