For the flange in a heater, according to JB1158-82, the outer diameter of the flange is 615 and the diameter of the circle centered on the bolts is 580. I would like to know whether there are any changes in the outer diameter of the flange and the diameter of the circle centered on the bolts as per JB4701-92. Please help; I don’t have the relevant documents available and it’s urgent
