There are many bubbles in the liquid to be processed; does this affect separation?
When saturated liquid containing bubbles evaporates, it tends to result in poor stability of the rising gas, which is not favorable for distillation； If the returning liquid contains bubbles, it will increase the plate resistance and easily lead to \"liquid suspension\". (For reference)
In my opinion: it will definitely degrade the separation effect
Before entering the tower, it passes through a gas-liquid separator first, which greatly improves distillation efficiency.
