I just saw the problem of fluctuating gas volume at the outlet of Lurgi furnace. We also have this problem with Shell gasifiers. The gas volume at the outlet fluctuates greatly, and the gas volume fluctuation range reaches about 20% of the total gas volume. This makes the system difficult to operate after changes, etc. What is the reason for the fluctuation? Gas delivery valve selection problem? Or is it because the powder transportation itself is unstable? How to solve it? Please give some advice from experts. Thanks

Can you describe your problem in detail? Nothing like this has ever happened to our Shell furnace.
