The concentration of *** wastewater in our company is between 40–80 ppm. After catalytic oxidation, the nitro compound content in this wastewater is around 20–30 ppm, resulting in a low removal rate. Such wastewater cannot be fed directly into biological treatment systems; however, aniline-containing wastewater can be sent directly to biological treatment systems and meet the third-level standards. Catalytic oxidation should work well for aniline wastewater; what type of catalytic oxidation is the LZ using? You can also switch to it; the micro-electrolysis method works well. Using ferrous ions and hydrogen peroxide, the removal rate reaches 80-90%. Another 40 ppm of aniline should be fine under anaerobic and aerobic conditions; LZ, please take another look.
***The wastewater must first undergo pretreatment to reduce *** to aniline, before being fed into the catalytic oxidation unit.
We pre-treat the *** wastewater through micro-electrolysis or catalytic oxidation (using CLO2), and then intend to send it to a biological treatment system; however, the nitro compound level in the wastewater required for use in such systems is below 5 ppm (while we can only achieve levels of 20–30 ppm). Moreover, after microelectrolysis, it has a high Fe content, which affects microorganisms, so it cannot be used. May I ask a question?
