Can tubular heat exchangers be stored in low-temperature environments (below -20 degrees)?

We have several tubes that have just been manufactured and are currently left outside. The lowest temperatures these days are below -20 degrees; I’m not sure if it’s okay to leave them there. (This equipment isn’t designed for low-temperature conditions.)
Low-temperature equipment refers to those designed for temperatures of -20 degrees or lower; since your company is a manufacturing unit that is not involved in production, I think it’s certainly possible.
