Discuss the types, models, capacity of the boilers currently in use at our factory, as well as the common problems that may arise and corresponding preventive measures
The boiler model in our unit is: DZL10--1.25--AII. Common problems with this type of boiler are: 1. The quick-install boiler has a compact structure. But its output is not as high as that of the bulk version. 2. The water circulation ratio of the boiler is high, resulting in inferior safety performance compared to dual systems. 3. There are few convective heating surfaces for the flue gas, resulting in a higher exhaust temperature at the tail end. 4. The air leakage coefficient of the slag removal section is relatively high. 5. The scraper slag remover suffers high wear and requires frequent maintenance.
Brothers on the second floor, can your company make 10-ton models that are easy to assemble? Our company used to produce models with a capacity of 6 tons that were designed for quick assembly, but due to the low height of the furnace, the combustion was poor, so we stopped producing them.

My previous employer was a Class A boiler manufacturing plant that produced various types of boilers, including double-drum water-tube boilers, single-drum fire-tube boilers, double-drum fire-tube boilers, and fluidized-bed power station boilers. Among these types of boilers, I believe that water-tube boilers have higher manufacturing costs compared to fire-tube boilers. Most of them are batch-produced boilers, and their production cycle is relatively long; however, they offer stable operation and output, strong capacity for operating under overload conditions, and a long service life. A few years ago, I saw a 6.5 T/h boiler manufactured by our factory in 1984 that was still in normal operation ; Fire-tube boilers have low manufacturing costs and a relatively short production cycle; they are usually supplied as complete units or assembled boilers. However, their thermal efficiency is lower than that of water-tube boilers, their operational reliability is poor, and their service life is short ; Fluidized bed boilers have high thermal efficiency, but they suffer from severe wear, especially those with embedded tubes. Although fins made of alloy material are welded to these tubes, the presence of many hard particles in the fuel used in fluidized bed boilers that do not participate in combustion means that the embedded tubes generally need to be replaced after a few years of operation.
