Problems I’m encountering when using CAD

I’m having an issue with my CAD software: the mouse scroll wheel doesn’t work anymore. I don’t know what’s causing it I’d like to ask everyone for advice!
Is it shown below that the image can no longer be zoomed in further? If that’s the reason, just adjust the scale factor. Use the LTS command.
You can take a look at the menu under Settings; maybe it hasn’t been set yet
Save it and reopen the file
There’s a problem; sometimes it’s a system issue. Try restarting it
Z+Enter+E+Enter. It will display in full screen, and then normal operation can be carried out.
It’s probably a problem with the software itself; either the file is too large, so it can’t process it immediately.
