Parameters for standard elliptical heads: Serial Number, Vessel Volume, Head Dimensions, Straight Section Dimensions, Head Volume (liters), Straight Section Volume (liters per meter), Total Height (millimeters). 1: 500, Ф900×250, 25; 605+150=750, 115, 636, 1300. 2: 1000, Ф1100×300, 25; 844+156=1000, 212, 950, 1650. 3: 1500, Ф1300×350, 25; 888+170=1050, 321, 1327, 1800. 4: 2000, Ф1400×375, 25; 1041+150=1200, 398, 1539, 2000. 5: 3000, Ф1600×425, 25; 1200+150=1350, 587, 2017, 2250. 6: 4000, Ф1700×450, 25; 1454+44=1500, 700, 2281, 2450. 7: 5000, Ф1900×450, 25; 1422+78=1500, 971, 2844, 2450. Example: For a vessel with a volume of 1500 liters, the head dimensions are Ф1300×350, 25, where Ф1300 is the nominal diameter, 350 is the height of the curved surface, and 25 is the height of the straight edges. The straight section dimension is 888+170=1050; 888 represents the height of the straight section required to hold 1500 liters of liquid, while 170 is the distance from that liquid level to the upper head.
What standard is this? What is the standard number? I usually check the manual.
This can refer to the standard JB4746-2002 for end caps used in steel pressure vessels. See page 37! !
