What insulation should be used under these operating conditions?

With a hot-air drying system, after replacing the old box doors with new ones, it was found that the new doors were thinner. Since they were installed as separate components for the equipment access, no discussions were held with the engineering team before making the replacement; as a result, the insulation effect was poor, and the doors felt quite hot to the touch. Before, they were only slightly warm to the touch. Rock wool is used for insulating the inside of these doors – are there any better insulation materials that could be used instead? The operating temperature inside the drying oven is between 60 and 120 degrees, and the door thickness is approximately 5 centimeters. I heard that there are manuals on insulation work that can be referred to, but I don’t have them. I hope experienced members can help me. Also, the manager wants to use polyurethane – is that acceptable? It seems this is commonly used for insulating ammonia pipelines. Thank you.
