Selection of pipeline grade

For normal-pressure pipelines that are non-toxic and harmless, used for transporting gases such as air at a pressure of 0.05 MPa, is it okay to choose a pipeline grade of 0.6 MPa? But what letter is used to represent 0.6 MPa? L is 1.0 MPa; isn’t there any letter after L in the standards? This post was last edited by lcpinging on 2009-2-20 10:27.]
The design pressure of the pipeline can be set at 0.6 MPa, while the nominal pressure (pressure class) of the pipeline is set at 1.0 MPa, denoted by the letter L. In HG20519.38-92, it is L—1.0MPa.
0.6MPa is certainly fine. It can be represented by the letter “o”. In fact, the specific methods used for representation may vary from one organization to another; you can create a table of pipeline grades and describe your own method of representation in text.
