On February 19, 2009, Mr. Zhao Zengtai – yet another veteran of the sulfuric acid industry – passed away! Let us pay tribute to these seniors who have contributed to the development of China’s sulfuric acid industry!
Yes, an elder who contributed to the development of our country’s sulfuric acid industry has passed away, but the young people should grow up.
Zhao Zengtai is a veteran in China’s chemical industry; he has been working hard for the development of sulfuric acid production in our country for many years, actively exploring new technologies related to sulfuric acid. As early as the 1980s, it took the lead in collaborating with Beijing Dye Factory to introduce fiber mist eliminators, Lewis acid pumps, sulfonate pumps, and catalysts from the American company Monsanto. Japan’s fire-tube boilers, superheaters, economizers, and shell-and-tube acid coolers have contributed to the development of sulfuric acid technology in our country. These technologies are now widely used in China’s sulfuric acid industry, and senior Zhao Zengtai has made significant contributions to this. In particular, the journal \"Sulfuric Acid\" edited by him is a valuable technical legacy for future generations. For this, I express my deep nostalgia and respect. May Teacher Zhao’s journey be peaceful!
These days, in the sulfuric acid industry, few people are willing to do work like that of Senior Zhao. In fact, there is much foundational work waiting to be done in the sulfuric acid industry, but unfortunately, few people these days are willing to take the time to do it.
Missing the predecessors! I hope the younger generation will grow up healthily and rapidly, not only in terms of their professional development but also in terms of their mental well-being!
The passing of Mr. Zhao is a great loss to China’s sulfuric acid industry; we will always remember him. Our growth has all been made possible by the path laid down by the older generation.
I saw him at the sulfur conference in Guilin in 2007 as well; he was in good spirits back then. How could he pass away so suddenly?
I’ve heard of them, those veteran experts; it’s a shame
Mr. Zhao, thank you for your contributions to the sulfuric acid industry; may you have a good journey ahead
Old mentor---------Rest in peace
Mr. Zhao, thank you for your contributions to the field of sulfuric acid; you have provided us with many learning materials, which are a valuable asset that deserves to be studied carefully. Wishing you all the best on your journey ahead! :'(
Mr. Zhao is a well-deserved veteran in the sulfuric acid industry. His departure is a huge loss to the sulfuric acid industry! Grief!
May you have a good journey ahead; leave a name behind so that your life was not in vain
I’ve never met him in person, but I’ve heard of him and read his books. One must make contributions while alive; only then will people remember them after death
