Sanleng sulfur foam collection network is blocked, what should I do?

This post was last edited by Cao Jianqing on 2009-7-14 20:30. The sulfur foam collection net on the top of the condenser of the sulfur recovery unit is blocked (the third cold area). How to clear it without opening the condenser? Thanks!
If it is not completely blocked, enter the sulfur removal process. Increase the temperature of the process gas entering cooling 3 and strengthen the heat preservation.
Drain the water in the condenser to keep the steam warm and increase the temperature. Enlarge the jacket to insulate the steam. If it contains hydrocarbons, it can only be temporarily shut down for processing.
personal feeling: When the sulfur recovery pipeline equipment is blocked, the general method is to find a way to increase the temperature there to turn the solid sulfur into liquid or gaseous state. It depends on which method is more convenient:)
