Our factory has screw air compressors with a capacity of 20 cubic meters per minute. If I want to know the cost per cubic meter of compressed air produced, how should I calculate it?
The price of compressed air mainly includes at least two components: one is the electricity cost, which can be calculated or measured; One of them is equipment depreciation (including civil works, equipment investment, etc.). Of course, there are also labor costs, maintenance costs, etc., but these account for a small proportion and can be ignored.
According to our company’s internal pricing, it is 3 yuan/NM3.
Our factory has screw air compressors with a capacity of 20 cubic meters per minute. If I want to know the cost per cubic meter of compressed air produced, how should I calculate it? Let’s take an example to discuss this: The Atlas screw air compressor has a capacity of 42 cubic meters per minute, with a power output of 250 KW. The annual maintenance cost is 120,000 yuan, and the labor cost is 30,000 yuan. The equipment depreciation is 30,000 yuan per year. Then the price per cubic meter of compressed air is calculated as follows: based on 300 days of operation per year. 42*60=2520 cubic meters per hour. The electricity cost per hour is 250*0.8*0.6=120 yuan. Other costs per hour amount to 120000+30000+30000=180000 yuan. 180000/300/24=25 yuan. Therefore, the total cost per hour is 120+25=145 yuan/hour. 145/2520=0.06 yuan per cubic meter. This post was last edited by shawlyping on 2009-3-6 at 23:14
