On February 18, China's TDI market was still in a sluggish atmosphere. Buying sentiment in the TDI market in North China is weak. Negotiations for domestic goods are mostly at 19,300-19,600 yuan/ton, which is 200-400 yuan/ton lower than at the beginning of the week. Major users have no intention to purchase this week. The TDI market in East China was stable and slightly down. The market quotation of domestic goods is said to be 19,000-19,200 yuan/ton, and the mainstream negotiation for BASF and Bayer goods is 19,500-20,000 yuan/ton, down 200-300 yuan/ton from last week. The TDI market sentiment in South China continues to be weak. Negotiations for goods excluding tax are heard at 18,600-18,900 yuan/ton, and quotations for goods including tax are 19,500-19,600 yuan/ton. Most traders said that trading volume has been very low since the Spring Festival.
