When we checked the volume of gasoline at the end of work today, we found that it was only 70 cubic meters, while usually it’s between 100 and 120 cubic meters. We didn’t reduce the amount of gasoline used, so I wonder if any of you know what could be causing this issue? We are small devices.

What kind of device are you? Does the gasoline go directly to the tank area after leaving the unit?
It shouldn’t be that much less, unless....
1. Go and smell the taste of cut water. . . See if it was carried away by the water. . . (Erroneous valve positioning or failure of the water cut level). . . 2. Check the oil contamination line to see if there is internal leakage in the valve or if someone opened the wrong valve. . . :lol
1. The level sensor of the reflux tank at the top of the distillation tower failed, causing acidic water to be carried away. 2. The level sensor of the buffer tank at the compressor outlet failed, and water carried it away. 3. The temperature at the bottom of the distillation tower is too high. 4. The temperature at the bottom of the stabilizer is too high.
Check it – the diesel production must have increased; it’s related to the operation process. There’s an imbalance in the heat in the fractionation tower, so when there’s more diesel, there’s inevitably less gasoline.
Fluctuations in distillation column operation, flowmeter failures, and blockages in the pressure measurement lines.
