Various standards are often applied in engineering design, but sometimes after finding a standard, you don’t know whether it can be used. There are two main problems.: 1: Is it applicable?: There are many similar standards (such as national standards, departmental standards, industry standards), and I don’t know how to choose one. ； 2: Is it the latest?: Sometimes a standard is found, but it is not clear whether this standard is still in use or whether a new standard has replaced it. I don’t know how everyone chooses standards and whether there are any regulations.
In the petrochemical industry, SH standards are generally used. In the chemical industry, the original Ministry of Chemical Industry generally adopts HG standards.
First choose industry standards, then departments, national standards； Standard versions must always pay attention to the publication of new standards and what content has been modified.
Standards have levels, and national standards are higher than industry standards. When choosing a standard, try to use industry standards, because industry standards are more detailed and operable, but they cannot conflict with national standards. Whether the standard is the latest version requires you to pay attention to the updates of the standard from time to time.
