Human success requires the recognition of others; no one can succeed easily. Success can be attributed to opportunity, to one’s own efforts, or to luck – but in reality it is merely chance. Then chance is also the result of necessity. Social environment + company philosophy + character determine your efforts = ? Success is the driving force behind work; behind every phenomenon there is a necessary reason. Regardless of what that reason may be, if inconsistent results are sought, it will lead to two entirely different outcomes. Everyone has their own requirements, and having such requirements actually means setting limits on oneself; one must strive in that direction in order to meet those requirements. But wherever there is a starting point, there is also an ending point; the starting point will eventually come to an end as well. This is a law of nature. One shouldn’t take gains and losses too seriously; what’s important is to have an inclusive mindset when facing everything around us and to view life with a smile. I think it should be “networks + effort + character + opportunity = success”
If I were to say so, I think the following calculation is more appropriate: Opportunity (60%) + Personality (30%) + Effort (10%) = Success. Network connections and the social environment can actually be considered part of the opportunity factor.
Opportunities should account for over 50%; the remaining 50% consists of one-third related to personal abilities (education, personality), one-third related to effort, and one-third related to the surrounding environment (boss, family, etc.)
It should be “Character + Networking + Effort + Opportunity = Success” – good character leads to good networking; with these, along with effort, one waits for opportunities. Opportunities are available to everyone; the key is to seize them. God gives everyone at least 3 minutes of good fortune; by working hard and making use of those 3 minutes, one can achieve success in life.
