The pressure rating, temperature, medium, as well as the material to be used all need to be provided by you in order to know how to proceed. If there are no special requirements, it’s simple: find a 6\" blind flange of the same pressure rating—drill a center hole with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pipe—insert the 2\" pipe—weld the inner and outer corner seams—install it—and that’s it
