Come on first! Most of the projects I face are in the Middle East. It doesn't feel good! Their standards and history come from Europe and the United States, especially the deep-rooted influence of the United States. The oilfield equipment we supply to them, in actual use, is of better quality than American equipment in all aspects, and the price is also better. ; But they still stick to the American equipment they bought 10 years ago, thinking that is the best! Especially when they gave me a project order for the first time, I actually celebrated because it was the first time they ordered petroleum equipment from China! I think they should celebrate that with my help they can buy such excellent equipment in China. Not to mention engineering! They are too price sensitive. There is a chemical project with a cost of only 30 to 50 million euros. From 2003 to now, I am still consulting everywhere. In 2005, I was severely beaten by a ruthless domestic design institute and spent 6 million to buy a set of Chinese designs from the 1980s, which was not complete. Last year, find me here. extremely * * They asked me to work, but they didn’t want to pay me. I know that the project has not started yet. Funds are deposited in banks and reserves are levied by banks (banks charge reserves for large sums of money). I also bought some land and put it there for some airing! If it had been put into production three years ago, it would have already earned a factory back! I don’t know what other brothers’ experiences are! Let’s share it together! Is it possible that foreigners with exotic customs also admire foreign things? Too bad I never made it out of the country! This post was last edited by bingyu252 on 2009-3-11 13:44 ]
In fact, I would like to ask LZ for advice on how to open up foreign markets and receive foreign orders. . Where do you usually get the information? It seems to be a crooked building, but I sincerely ask for advice.
There are many channels for information, the key is how you get online! ~Just follow the steps of the two major oil companies in going global! ~Saudi Arabia and Iran have a lot of work! ~
I hope the poster can share more information in this regard. We are all frogs in the well in China... Looking at the situation, it is all vicious competition, kickbacks, and even sacrificing the quality of the project. As a result, when doing projects now, it is normal to point out problems, and it is abnormal if there are no problems. How can we go abroad like this?
"In fact, I would like to ask LZ for advice on how to open up foreign markets and receive foreign orders. . Where do you usually get the information? This is a family guide, for reference only.: 1. hitch a ride: For example, large companies, large design institutes or * * aid projects ; 2. Create a brand: The first few projects must recruit elites to create a brand ; 3. Make money: Everyone is willing to continue to cooperate with good collaborators and continuously optimize management and achieve benefits in subsequent projects.^_^ This post was last edited by yxbj on 2009-2-25 13:10 ]
Thank you for your speech. We are an electrical integration company. Compared with other engineering projects, electrical can only be a small part of the general contract. We have built the project, but we have not left any special results after the completion. The company is following the Korean company and the relationship has stabilized, but everyone knows the situation in South Korea now. At present, exchanges with other overseas regions are still under normal trade conditions. The project has mentioned it to the customer, but there has been no feedback from the other party. . I want to open up external markets, especially the markets in the Middle East and Southeast Asia (which are growing rapidly), but I have no clue. Returning to the topic of LZ, I feel that the people from the Middle East you meet are not much different from the European and American customers you met in the past. Americans, especially, are absolutely stuck in the same old systems and equipment. As long as they feel there is nothing wrong with the past, they will never modify or develop it easily. Rebuilding a new system or equipment means new training and a new adaptation cycle for them, even if the new one is easier and more convenient than the old one - this is something they deeply feel when interacting with customers. As for price sensitivity, the Middle East is more serious - compared to Europeans. This post was last edited by BDB on 2009-2-25 15:16 ]
Simply put, they are afraid of the risks associated with change. This is also human nature
Well said: Second-rate companies sell products, first-rate companies sell standards!
Foreign things do have their own uniqueness
I asked a friend of mine who works in the United Arab Emirates: Why do you go to the United Arab Emirates to do engineering? A friend replied: The market here is relatively standardized and the projects are relatively easy to do... Maybe it will be the same in each place.
In fact, I think subcontracting projects from foreign engineering companies is a shortcut, as you can learn standards and establish channels. Of course, you have to lower your position, like* * Just working for Fuler.
I suggest that the original poster make a speech, which is not the best segmented description of the same central idea. Your domestic and foreign things are mixed together and you don’t understand what you want to express. I took the time to read it while at work, but I was in a hurry. I apologize for not understanding it.
