Problems with procurement

I am currently working on a project abroad, mainly involving the procurement of equipment and materials. I’ve run into a problem and would appreciate everyone’s help: the foreign client wants to purchase steel pipes, but in small quantities. As a result, regular steel pipe manufacturers are unwilling to take on this project; we have to turn to agents, but their qualifications pose another issue, and the foreign client has many other requirements as well. So, any senior who has handled purchases in this area, please suggest one or two reliable agents for me. It means having the corresponding qualifications from CNPC or Sinopec. Thank you. It is recommended to contact the sales department of the manufacturer directly and ask them to recommend one or two first-level agents of that manufacturer, which will basically solve the problem. For important materials such as seamless steel pipes, Sinopec’s Materials and Equipment Department handles unified online procurement orders; the members of its resource market (those with qualifications or access permits) are usually manufacturers rather than agents. The method for Building 2# is great; you can directly approach qualified manufacturers and ask them to recommend their agents to you.
It is recommended to find manufacturers who can meet the requirements. If they consider the order size to be too small, ask them to recommend agents who can handle such orders, or ask them to provide information on existing buyers of similar products, so that those buyers can be approached for assistance
