Discussion on the rectification of potential hazards

We are a company that produces methanol. Both the company and the workshops require that potential hazards be checked on a daily basis as well as through regular inspections. However, some of the identified hazards can only be addressed during maintenance periods; and of course, they are not major hazards. In some locations, there are no platforms available, and decisions cannot be made promptly; our employees are very confused and do not know why the identified hazards have not been reported, and everyone is discussing this issue. . . . . . . . . . I’m not sure if this phenomenon exists in your organizations; please discuss it.
Our organization experiences a similar situation as well; generally, for hazards that are not serious or require immediate correction, they are all addressed collectively during maintenance periods
In cases where immediate corrective action cannot be taken due to various reasons, it is necessary to develop a plan for such corrections, and preventive measures must also be put in place to avoid accidents during the period of correction
Our company also experiences similar issues; those that can be resolved are addressed promptly, while for those that require suspension of operations to be fixed, preventive measures and remediation plans must be developed.
It’s the same here too! Check it weekly; it depends on the severity of the issue. All potential hazards must be rectified! No hazard is trivial!
