Weld flaw detection of accessory weldments

When do welds of accessory weldments of pressure vessels such as lifting lugs and platforms need to be inspected for flaw?
From my experience, I have never seen any platform welds that require flaw detection. The fillet welds connecting the lifting lugs and the cylinder have undergone magnetic particle or penetrant flaw testing, but this is a technical requirement of the drawings. There is no standard that requires this so far.
The support pad should be inspected for flaw detection, which is required by relevant standards. However, flaw detection on the platform does not fall within the scope of pressure vessel management. It should be said that there are requirements in the steel structure construction specifications and steel structure related standards. This type of flaw detection is mostly ultrasonic and magnetic particle.
Rays are generally not used for T-shaped welding joints, so magnetic particles are generally used for these flaw detections.
