Transformation of heat recovery system in gas production process: Transformed 6 gas waste heat recoverers in the alcohol and ammonia production gas section of the entire plant into high-efficiency heat pipe recoverers ; The normal pressure jackets of 22 gas generators were transformed into pressurized jackets, and 11 normal pressure steam drums were transformed into pressurized steam drums, thereby improving the low-level heat energy recovery rate of gas and the conversion rate of the carbon layer in the furnace. Through the transformation, 4,680 tons of standard coal can be saved annually. 3. Optimization and transformation of decarbonization system: Modify the procedures of the three pressure swing adsorption decarbonization systems in the entire plant, add a replacement recovery process, reduce the CO2 content in the decarbonized gas, and reduce the energy consumption of hydrogen production.
