When starting up, shutting down, or operating at low production loads, be careful to avoid excessive decarburization flow; since the gas flows in the main and auxiliary carbonization towers are low, this can lead to gradual blockage of these towers and the occurrence of a false pressure difference. 5. Insist on regularly toppling the tower twice a day to remove the scabs inside it. 6. Strengthen the waste discharge process in the desulfurization tower to prevent the desulfurizing agent from absorbing water and becoming caked due to moisture. 7. Fill in the operation and routine inspection records carefully.
